Data and software are stored at Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt/Main and are therefore subject to the European Data Protection Regulation. If you include your own documents in the production process, these are stored in your private cloud in the AWS instance. Your data will not be used to train the LLMs. Infrastructure, processes and data processing meet the strict SOC 2 Type I and II standards.

This depends heavily on the parameters in the AI briefing. For example, AI-generated images or voice-overs in micro learnings require a lot of computing power, which increases the need for credits accordingly.

Before the start of the production process, the system displays an estimate of the credit requirement; users can then still adjust the parameters and thus the credit requirement.

• The course 'Fundamentals of Project Management' 5 chapters, with content from the internet consumed 106 credits.
• The 'Risorgimiento' course, generated from uploaded documents, required 1,080 credits.
• A course with 10 chapters and AI-generated images on 'Communicating Humorously in a Business Context' consumed 1,494 credits.
• A course with 5 chapters, each with 5 learning units in microlearning with voiceover and full version, including AI-generated images consumed 3,771 credits.

Credits expire after one year. We offer packages in different sizes.

Yes, up to one week before the current subscription expires. During this week, there is time to export content and assign learners to other courses or creators if necessary.

When purchasing at least one 3-month Creator subscription and/or 50 Learner monthly subscriptions. It does not matter how many people divide these subscriptions over how many months. Activation takes place after receipt of payment. We recommend payment by credit card.

If the benefits are proven across the board when the training content starts to roll out, then it may be worth switching to annual subscription pricing models. It works in exactly the same way. You can distribute the courses from the AI Creator subscription freely via links, QR codes and your own optional portal. Or you can supplement your LMS specifically with CoPilot courses: this is possible via the LTI interface.
