Who is the Creator subscription suitable for?
L&D specialists, personnel developers, lecturers and members of the media industry are the easiest to access the benefits of training creation using Generative AI. Other areas of application can be found in operational safety, compliance with work regulations and high-risk industries. Companies that want to train large numbers of employees in a short space of time using accessible learning paths also benefit from the diverse types of media.
How do learners access the courses?
All courses are suitable for desktop, smartphone and tablet, and learners can consume the content via various access methods:
- The links will take you to the learning store
- Via QR codes or embedding on the intranet
- SSO integration for easy login is possible
- The courses can be embedded directly into existing learning environments via LTI.
The user interface is available in 40+ languages.
Why is course creation with CYPHER CoPilot more efficient than with authoring tools?
A Creator subscription opens up access to expert knowledge and best practice examples so that our members can become productive very quickly. The technology, which is also included in the subscription, ensures further cost and time savings:

Where is the data stored? How is our data protected?
Data and software are stored at Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt/Main and are therefore subject to the European Data Protection Regulation. If you include your own documents in the production process, these are stored in your private cloud in the AWS instance. Your data will not be used to train the LLMs. Infrastructure, processes and data processing meet the strict SOC 2 Type I and II standards.
How many credits do I need to create a course?
This depends heavily on the parameters in the AI briefing. For example, AI-generated images or voice-overs in micro learnings require a lot of computing power, which increases the need for credits accordingly.
Before the start of the production process, the system displays an estimate of the credit requirement; users can then still adjust the parameters and thus the credit requirement.
Here are the consumption figures:
- The course 'Fundamentals of Project Management' 5 chapters, with content from the internet consumed 106 credits.
- The 'Risorgimiento' course, generated from uploaded documents, required 1,080 credits.
- A course with 10 chapters and AI-generated images on 'Communicating Humorously in a Business Context' consumed 1,494 credits.
- A course with 5 chapters, each with 5 learning units in microlearning with voiceover and full version, including AI-generated images consumed 3,771 credits.
Credits expire after one year. We offer packages in different sizes.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, up to one week before the current subscription expires. During this week, there is time to export content and assign learners to other courses or creators if necessary.
Can I buy on account?
When purchasing at least one 3-month Creator subscription and/or 50 Learner monthly subscriptions. It does not matter how many people divide these subscriptions over how many months. Activation takes place after receipt of payment. We recommend payment by credit card.
If I want to train a lot of people, what are the price options?
If the benefits are proven across the board when the training content starts to roll out, then it may be worth switching to annual subscription pricing models. These are available from 100 users, in which case the distinction between creator and learner no longer applies. Talk (link) to us for an individual, non-binding offer.
We already have an LMS. What happens with it?
It works in exactly the same way. You can distribute the courses from the AI Creator subscription freely via links, QR codes and your own optional portal. Or you can supplement your LMS specifically with CoPilot courses: this is possible via the LTI interface.
When I upload my own documents? How is our data protected?
